The Blocks of
Real Change

Change doesn’t happen all at once. It unfolds in stages, like building blocks. At first, people may resist, then move into inspiration, but that’s only the starting line. Real growth comes as they try simple recipes, practice them, and gradually layer in the “why” behind the actions. Along the way, they need guided practice, coaching, and chances to explore deeper understanding.

With time, learners move from experimenting like “robots,” to flying solo with support, to planning with confidence, and eventually mapping systems that guide others. This article breaks down each block of the journey so you can see how transformation really takes hold.
